About Us
Jewel collectors is an entirely family-run business, built on over 40 years of experience in luxury jewellery and watches. Our story began with our father, Alan, whose passion for craftsmanship, provenance and rarity laid the foundations of the business and continues to guide it today. Jewel Collectors is run by Alan, his daughters and sons, united by a shared love and appreciation for exceptional jewellery, craftsmanship and history.
Having founded Watch Collectors, our dedicated destination for pre-owned luxury watches, we created Jewel Collectors as a natural extension of that heritage: a separate platform for carefully selected pre-owned, vintage and antique jewellery.
We are not simply dealers, but collectors ourselves. Each piece is chosen with care, knowledge and a collector’s eye, with the aim of helping clients find jewellery that feels personal, enduring and worthy of being worn, kept and passed on.
We are based in London, in the heart of Mayfair, just a stone’s throw from Oxford Street, Bond Street and New Bond Street.

Authenticity & Functionality
We have over 40 years experience in the field of watches and jewellery, specifically in the pre-owned market. All our watches undergo rigorous inspection and testing by our qualified watchmakers. This is why we are proud to offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee as well as a 2 years warranty.
All our watches are inspected by our qualified watchmakers before processing. Every watch offered on our website is classified to be in excellent working order and pristine retail condition. Typically this means undergoing a service and a light polish if necessary however however not all watches need this. We never over polish watches. We believe in doing only the necessary work to our watches in order to maintain factory fit and finish.
All Our watches are backed by a 24 months warranty.
We are proud to use The Watch Register which is an international database for stolen watches and falls under The Art Loss Register. We are also very strict in our buying process and very selective of the watches we buy and people that we deal with.
As attractive as it can be to only consider watches with the original box and papers, it’s not actually necessary. We believe the original papers make a nice complete set which could potentially make a watch easier to sell however it does not add or subtract from its originality and authenticity nor does.
