We guarantee the authenticity of every piece we sell, and each item is accompanied by our certificate of authenticity as a record of this assurance.
Condition & Description
When buying pre-owned jewellery, condition is essential. Each piece is inspected for wear and structural integrity, and only items meeting our standards are presented for sale. Any signs of age or wear - particularly on vintage pieces - are carefully noted in the description and shown in our photography. All photographs are our own and depict the actual item. Descriptions are written individually to reflect each pieces unique detail and condition. All jewellery can also be viewed in our showroom, or additional photographs and videos can be provided remotely so you know exactly what to expect.
Provenance
Our jewellery is sourced from private collections and a trusted network of established dealers, built over decades of industry experience. Each piece is carefully reviewed to ensure it has been responsibly and legitimately acquired before being offered for sale.
Fair Pricing
Prices are informed by current market knowledge, taking into account maker, rarity, condition, and craftsmanship. While many pre-owned pieces offer value relative to traditional retail, certain signed or scarce examples may command higher prices due to desirability and limited availability. Our aim is to reflect the true market position of each piece as accurately as possible.
Returns & Peace of Mind
Items purchased online and shipped to you are covered by a 14-day return period, allowing time to inspect the piece and ensure it is suitable. We ask that items are returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging.
Secure Transactions & Delivery
Payments can be made securely in store or online. All items are carefully packaged and shipped using fully insured delivery services to most major destinations. Client information is handled with care and used only for the purpose of completing the transaction.
Aftercare Support
Each piece is carefully inspected for condition before being offered for sale, so it can be worn with confidence. After purchase, we remain available for advice and ongoing assistance, including guidance on care and insurance documentation where needed. With vintage and pre-owned jewellery, occasional resizing or adjustment may be required. We are happy to advise and assist with the resizing of rings, bracelets, and other suitable pieces purchased from us.
