Returns
We understand that jewellery is best appreciated in person,
and we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
Below you’ll find our returns policy for online orders.
Return Policy FAQ
Purchases made online are covered by a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, allowing you time to inspect and try the piece at home.
A full refund will be issued provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received. Pieces must not show any new signs of wear, alteration or damage beyond their original described condition.
All original packaging, documentation, tags and protective elements must also be returned intact where applicable.
Where a piece is described as unworn at the time of sale, it must remain in unworn condition to be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Before sending an item back, you must contact us so we can provide the correct return instructions and approved shipping method.
Please do not send your return independently, even via Royal Mail or FedEx, as specific services and arrangements are required for the parcel to be covered under the appropriate insurance.
UK returns must be sent using our specific Royal Mail method, and international returns must be arranged using our approved FedEx method.
This ensures your return is correctly booked, insured and expected by us before it is sent.
As well as the cost of return postage, the payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund issued unless the item is faulty. These fees are 2% for UK orders and 5% for international orders.
Purchases made in person at our showroom are final, as the item has been inspected and tried prior to purchase.
If an item is received with a fault or differs materially from its description, please notify us promptly so we may review the matter.
Where appropriate, we will first offer to repair or rectify the issue. If this is not possible, a refund will be arranged.
