HOW JEWELLERY IS ASSESSED
A luxury jewellery assessment is not based on a single factor. Depending on the piece, the team may consider the maker, design, craftsmanship, period, condition, rarity, materials or gemstones, accompanying documentation and current resale demand. For signed or vintage jewellery, authenticity, hallmarks, construction and provenance may also be relevant.

Once the team has reviewed the information available, we will explain whether further assessment is appropriate and what is required. If the jewellery needs to be seen in person, a private appointment can be arranged. If Jewel Collectors decides to proceed and you choose to accept the agreed terms, the transaction and payment arrangements are confirmed before completion.
