Yes, the photos are of the actual piece you are purchasing. We do not use stock images, and each item is photographed individually to reflect its condition. In simple terms, what you see is what you get.

Every piece is inspected by our qualified jewellers before processing. All jewellery offered on our website is classified to be in excellent condition and pristine retail presentation. Typically this means professional cleaning, a check of all settings and stones, and light restoration or polishing where necessary - though not every piece requires this. We never over-polish, and we take care to preserve original hallmarks, finish and character. We believe in doing only the work necessary to maintain each piece's integrity and craftsmanship.

All our jewellery is backed by a 24-month warranty.

Orders in the United Kingdom Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (unless otherwise requested). Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. We ship with Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees Next Day delivery between 9am - 1pm across the United Kingdom. Shipments are fully insured by us and require a signature on delivery.

International Orders Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day; any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. We ship with FedEx International Priority Express, which in most cases guarantees next day delivery to Europe, the United States and Asia. Customs will need to process the shipment before it is delivered to you, which generally takes a further 2 - 3 days. The parcel will be fully insured and a signature will be required.

Yes, we ship worldwide with the exclusion of only a few countries, using FedEx International Priority, which aims to deliver in 1 - 3 days depending on country and customs clearance.

We cover the cost of shipping and insurance. Duties and taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We assist with completing the paperwork alongside FedEx to make the process as smooth as possible.
