Purchase Process
In most cases our prices are final as we do our best to price each watch competitively relative to the current market.
Yes, the photos are of the actual watch you are purchasing. We do not use stock images and each watch is photographed individually to reflect its condition. In simple terms, what you see is what you get.
All our watches are inspected by our qualified watchmakers before processing. Every watch offered on our website is classified to be in excellent working order and prestine retail condition. Typically this means undergoing a service and a light polish if necessary however however not all watches need this. We never over polish watches. We believe in doing only the necessary work to our watches in order to maintain factory fit and finish.
All Our watches are backed by a 24 months warranty.
Orders in the United Kingdom
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (unless otherwise requested). Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
We ship with Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees Next Day delivery between 9am-1pm across the United Kingdom. Shipments will be fully insured by us and will require signature on delivery.
International Orders
Orders placed before 12pm(?) will be dispatched the same day, any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
We ship with Fedex International Priority Express, which in most cases guarantees next day delivery to Europe, United States and Asia. Customs will have process the shipment before it is delivered to you, which generally takes 2-3 days in addition.
The parcel will be fully insured and signature will be required.
Yes, rest assured that all our watches are shipped fully insured by ourselves.
Yes, we ship worldwide with the exclusion of only a few countries using Fedex International Priority which aims to deliver in 1-3 days depending on country and customs clearance.
We cover the cost of shipping and insurance. Duties and Taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do aid with filling in paperwork along side Fedex in order to make the process smooth.
We understand you may want to pick a specific delivery to ensure you will be home to sign for you watch. We are always happy to accomodate.
